We are excited to introduce our all-new Advanced Digital Wettability Tester. This device uses electrical resistance to determine the effects of adding water-wet spacers to oil-wet non-aqueous drilling fluids. An overhead mixing blade stirs the fluid while electrodes measure resistance and temperature. As spacer is added, the change in resistance is graphed and recorded. This allows the user to compare the effectiveness of different spacers with different drilling fluids
The OFITE model feature several innovative new features to make testing easier and more reliavle. The improved cup design eliminates leaks and allows for more accurate results. Enhanced control features allow for better, faster, and more precise control of the temperature and motor speed. Software and data-acquisition capabilities offer more accurate reporting and spacer evaluation.
